1. Who we are

NeatSpace Home Cleaning ("NeatSpace", "we", "us") is a trading name of Teevincs. When you use this website or book a cleaning, you are contracting with Teevincs.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use this website or our booking service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have authority to bind the organisation you book for.

3. The service

We provide residential cleaning services booked online. Details of each service, add-ons and the quoted price are shown before you pay. You agree to provide accurate information (address, contact details, home details) and keep it up to date, and to keep your account credentials confidential.

4. Orders and payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are collected by the provider on its secure payment page and are never stored by us.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and rescheduling rules are on our rescheduling page.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• fraud, fake bookings, spam or impersonation;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing, scraping or overloading the site;
• reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits of the website.

6. Intellectual property

Teevincs retains all rights in the website, software, content, documentation and the NeatSpace brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website to book and manage services. Photos you upload are used only to prepare for and deliver your cleaning.

7. Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, we may delete your account data after any retention period required by law.

10. General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
