Customize your cleaning
Choose your service and layer on add-ons like sofa, oven or window cleaning. Price and estimated duration update as you go.
Pick a time and book
You only ever see times we can genuinely work, including a 30-minute buffer between jobs. Pay a 30% deposit and you're booked.
After you book
You get a booking reference, a calendar invite and a link to manage everything.
Automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your cleaner arrives.
Track status as it moves from confirmed to on the way, cleaning, then completed.
Pay the remaining balance, see before/after photos, and leave a review.
Deposits & cancellations
A 30% deposit reserves your slot. The remaining balance is due once the cleaning is complete.
- 24+ hours before — full deposit refund.
- 12–24 hours — 50% deposit refund.
- Under 12 hours — deposit retained.
