1. Who is responsible

NeatSpace Home Cleaning is operated by Teevincs. Teevincs is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

2. Data we collect and why

• Contact details (name, email, phone) — to create your booking and account and contact you about it (contract).
• Service address and home details (address, ZIP, home size, access notes, pets) — to quote and perform the cleaning (contract).
• Account login data — to secure your account (contract, legitimate interests).
• Photos and messages you send — to prepare for the job and provide support (contract).
• Reviews — to display feedback you choose to publish (consent).
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the site (legitimate interests).

Card and payment details are collected directly by our payment provider, not by us.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run our website, database and authentication.
• Our payment processor, for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep booking and account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal records. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. Email teevincs@gmail.com; we respond within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level permissions on stored data.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your booking progress. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear these in your browser settings.
